One of LCM's founders, W. R. Michael, has spent years specializing in facilitating joint venture relationships both foreign and domestic in the Asian Market. For half a decade Mr. Michael served as the State of California Representative to Asia. He worked with the heads of foreign countries government and business concerns to develop and to joint venture high technology products associated with the Office of Technology Transfer as well as those of the States' major companies.

In recognition of his contributions to the international business community he was elected to the International Who's Who and was given VIP status in several Asian countries.
